The #1 reason your diet is going to fail you

I hear it over and over....

...I'm so tired of starting over with healthy living.

One of my Summit Fit clients lost 100+ pounds in the last year. You can bet yourself that weight loss was why she first came to me...but it's not what carried her through the past year. 

She wanted to learn to ski for the first time in her life. She wanted to be able to go on regular hikes. She wanted to be able to play with her niece and keep up. She wanted to have energy to live an empowered life.
