+ Does the program require a gym? No, all of the workouts can be done with or without equipment. I show you how to do each move with or without equipment. 

+ I'm completely new to working out and nutrition, is this course a good fit? Absolutely! Anyone can apply these principles without any prior health and nutrition experience. 

+ How is this program different from keto? This program allows you to achieve the same fat-burning benefits as the Keto diet, but without the heavy restrictions and risks.
